- Who must file
- All Wyoming LLCs (and other Wyoming-registered entities).
- Deadline
- The first day of the entity's anniversary month (the month it was formed) each year.
- Penalty if missed
- The report is delinquent shortly after the due date, and the entity is administratively dissolved if it is not filed within 60 days of the due date. There is no flat-dollar late fee — the consequence is dissolution.

- License tax is the greater of $60 or $0.0002 per dollar of assets located/employed in Wyoming (so $60 minimum for most small entities).
